Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General
This policy applies to purchases made on our website for women’s suits and clothing. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags and original packaging.

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., innerwear or customized/altered suits) may be non‑returnable; such items will be clearly marked as “No return/No exchange”.

3. Non‑Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked “Final sale” or “No return/No exchange”

  • Customized or altered items (e.g., tailored size changes)

  • Items with signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or missing tags

4. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order ID, photos, and a description of the issue.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

5. Size Issues / Change of Mind
For size issues or change of mind:

  • We may offer exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.

  • If exchange is not possible, we may offer store credit or a refund, as per our internal decision.

  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated in our current offer.

6. Return Process

  1. Email or WhatsApp us with: order ID, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions (pickup or courier details).

  3. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the courier as instructed.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm approval or rejection of your return.

7. Refund Method & Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.

  • Bank or payment gateway processing time may affect when you see the amount in your account.

8. Order Cancellation

  • You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible with your order ID.

  • If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you may instead request a return as per this policy (where applicable).

9. COD Orders (if you use COD)

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, repeated refusal of orders at delivery may lead to account restrictions or blocking COD for future orders.

  • For accepted COD orders that are later returned, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your bank account or as store credit, after verification.
